Daniel R. Dineen
Daniel R. Dineen graduated from Marquette University in 1977. His practice is focused on the areas of real estate, business and the representation of trucking companies located throughout the United States.
He counsels business clients on matters ranging from the daily legal issues that affect businesses to overall business planning, including business acquisitions, sales, mergers, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, transfer of assets, contracts, business succession planning and business dissolution. Dan also represents the interests of companies and management in all aspects of personnel relations, including employment policies, contract negotiations, discrimination cases, wrongful termination claims, sexual harassment claims, non-compete disputes, etc. He has considerable experience counseling individuals and companies entering into shareholder and limited liability company agreements, as well as employment, consulting, and other service agreements. He provides entrepreneurs, start-up companies and limited liability companies with a full range of legal services and has developed a network of professional relationships beneficial to his clients.
